2. What machining services do you provide?

We specialize in CNC milling, CNC turning, precision grinding, drilling, tapping, and custom metal fabrication. We support prototyping, small batch and mass production for industrial hardware components.
3. What materials can you process?

Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium alloy, and engineering plastics including POM, ABS, PC, nylon.
4. What is your precision tolerance capability?

Our standard machining tolerance reaches ±0.01mm. We can also customize ultra-tight tolerance parts to meet high-end industrial and medical equipment requirements.
5. Do you accept custom production from drawings or samples?

Yes. We accept drawing files in STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF formats, and also support sample copying and reverse engineering customization.
6. Can you help with design optimization and cost saving?

Our professional engineering team provides free design for manufacturing optimization. We optimize structure and craftsmanship properly to reduce production cost without affecting product performance.
7. What surface treatment options do you offer?

Anodizing, sandblasting, chrome plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, powder coating, passivation, heat treatment, polishing and laser engraving.
8. What is your MOQ policy?

We have no strict MOQ. 1 piece prototype, small batch trial order and large-volume mass production are all welcome.
9. What is your production lead time?

Prototype sample: 3–7 working days. Mass production order: 7–15 working days, depending on part complexity and order quantity.

Yes. We provide dimension inspection reports, material certification, and full quality control records before shipment to guarantee consistent quality.
