Thin metal components such as battery shrapnels, equipment covers and conductive terminals often suffer uneven thickness, bending cracking and unstable batch consistency during ordinary stamping. Our stamping workshop is equipped with multi-tonnage precision stamping machines, supporting punching, bending, stretching, blanking and continuous mold forming for thin sheet metal mass orders.
We process 0.3mm–3mm thin raw materials including SPCC cold rolled steel, SECC galvanized steel, 5052 aluminum sheet, SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel strip and brass/beryllium copper foil. Custom continuous stamping molds guarantee identical dimension of each workpiece, greatly improving production efficiency and lowering unit cost for large-volume orders. We also provide secondary deburring and flatness correction to avoid assembly jamming.
Typical stamping products: new energy battery cover plates, electronic conductive shrapnels, equipment metal chassis, heat sink thin sheets, cabinet structural brackets.
