Mass production of complex thin-wall housings always faces high mold cost, loose structure and poor surface finish challenges. Our die casting workshop is equipped with full-automatic aluminum and zinc alloy high-pressure die casting machines, with independent mold design & manufacturing workshop to provide one-stop service from mold development to casting blank forming and secondary CNC finishing.
For aluminum die casting, we adopt A380/A383/A413 alloy with excellent fluidity to produce intricate cavity housings for new energy and automotive industries. Zinc alloy die casting suits tiny decorative precision components with delicate logos and complex outlines, featuring low mold cost and smooth as-cast surface. All casting blanks go through deburring, stress relief and precision CNC secondary processing to eliminate pores, shrinkage and dimensional errors caused by casting.
Applicable products: new energy equipment shells, automotive electronic housings, UAV outer covers, musical hardware ornaments, small instrument connector accessories.
