With complex structural demands growing for new energy, UAV and 3C electronics, conventional 3-axis CNC can hardly finish multi-angle, thin-wall and ultra-thin fin parts with stable precision. We equip full series high-speed 5-axis CNC machining centers and dedicated fin skiving machines to solve core processing defects such as clamping deviation, thin-wall deformation and low heat dissipation efficiency.
Our 5-axis CNC equipment completes multi-face one-time forming without repeated re-fixturing, locking tolerance within ±0.005mm for high-precision positioning holes, sealing grooves and complex cavities. The exclusive skiving machine is custom-built for ultra-thin heat sink fins, forming integrated monolithic fins from solid aluminum to eliminate thermal resistance between fins and base, far outperforming extruded radiators on heat exchange performance.
We machine a wide range of raw materials including 6061/7075/5052 aluminum alloy, SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, 45# steel, TC4 titanium alloy and high-performance engineering plastics like PEEK. Custom machined parts cover 3C structural housings, new energy cooling accessories, automotive lightweight frames, musical instrument precision fittings and aerospace components.
